Martinez Electric LLC installs ceiling fans, including where there’s only a light fixture today, or nothing at all. We’re based in Derry, NH and take jobs in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine.
What’s included
A ceiling fan is heavier than most light fixtures, and it moves, so it has to hang from a box made to hold a fan. Where a fan takes the place of a light, we check the box first.

Can you put a ceiling fan where a light is now?
Yes. We swap ceiling lights for fans, and make sure the box in the ceiling is rated to hold a fan.
Can you install a fan where there’s no fixture?
Yes. We can run the wiring and a switch to where you want the fan.
